Governance

The directors endorse and accept responsibility for the application of legislation, regulation and governance principles necessary to ensure that effective corporate governance is practised consistently throughout the group.

As a JSE-listed company the board is committed to applying the recommendations of the King Code of Governance Principles 2016 (King IV) and supports the governance principles contained in the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited. The group’s internal code of ethics aims to create and maintain a culture of good governance throughout the group.

Annually the group reports on its application to King IV which can be found here. The group has several policies which support the operational execution of the governance framework.
